Mid-States Carbide, LLC has been selling, servicing, and manufacturing high quality

in Wisconsin and nation wide for over 50 years.

We have 30 tool and cutter grinders set up for various operations and tools, which allows us to provide
consistent quality and quicker delivery at less costs to you.

Saw Sharpening:

We sharpen all carbide tipped saws, groover’s, hoggers and dado sets as well as standard or custom
blades that are up to 32 inches in diameter.

Estimated Turnaround Time: 1 week

Tool and Saw Blade Retipping:

No matter the original manufacturer, we can retip most carbide tipped tooling or saw blades. To ensure
your tool or saw blade performs better, or like new, we will acutely restore your tooling to its original
specifications and geometry.

Specialty Tools and Custom Designs:

Custom Tooling:
We can cater to your custom tooling needs for reasonable cost and with a minimum amount of lead time.

Custom Saw Blade:
There is a high variety of materials as well as different machine Manufactures in today’s industry. So, it
is not uncommon for our customers to request a custom carbide tipped saw blade to meet their specific
sawing application.
